Our group member, Maksim Sviridenko, participated in the ISCM-55 conference held at SCE – Shamoon College of Engineering in Beer Sheva.

At the conference, Maksim presented his research titled “Constrained-Dynamics Modeling of 3D Origami Structures Using a Modified Bar-and-Hinge Framework.” His work focuses on the computational modeling of origami-inspired structures and their dynamic response using a modified bar-and-hinge approach.
The conference was a valuable opportunity to present the group’s ongoing research, exchange ideas with researchers and professionals, and discuss recent developments in computational mechanics and structural modeling.
We congratulate Maksim on his successful presentation and wish him continued success in his research at the MultiScale Mechanics of Solids Group, Tel Aviv University.
